How to Cancel Your Subscription
If you no longer need access to Prompt Generator Premium features, you can cancel your subscription at any time. The process is simple and handled through our secure Billing & Customer Portal.
Steps to Cancel
- Navigate to the Customer Portal. You can either follow this direct link:
Open Customer Portal (Subscriptions tab)
Or alternatively, open the site header menu on any page, click "Subscription management", and then select "Customer Portal". - Once inside the portal, locate your active subscription plan.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to execute the cancellation.
After your cancellation is processed, you will retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period (or trial). You won't be charged again unless you decide to reactivate your plan later.
